What we actually do

Most listings online are bait: photos from years ago, prices that change on the call, and three brokers between you and the owner.

We work differently. Every home on this site has been walked through by someone from our team. The price you see is the price the owner agreed with us. And when you call, you talk to the person who stood in that living room.

Fake listings

If a home is sold, it comes off this site the same day. No exceptions.

Price games

The owner confirms the price with us before a home goes live. The number you see is the number at the table.

Spam calls

You hear from us when there is a home worth your time. That is it.
